By accessing or using 3DKitFactory, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your Account

You must create an account to purchase or download kits. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide a valid email address. Accounts created with false or temporary information may be suspended without notice.

Purchases and Wallet

Kit purchases are made using wallet tokens. Tokens are purchased via Stripe and are non-refundable once added to your wallet, except where required by applicable law.

Free kits are available to any authenticated user at no cost. Paid kits require sufficient wallet balance to complete the purchase.

License and Permitted Use

When you purchase or download a kit, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and 3D print the model files for personal use
• Print copies for personal gifts or display
• Use printed models in personal projects such as model railroads, dioramas, or tabletop gaming

Restrictions

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the digital kit files (3MF, PDF, or any included assets)
• Upload kit files to other platforms, file-sharing services, or 3D model repositories
• Sell 3D-printed copies of the models commercially without a separate commercial license
• Claim authorship or ownership of the kit designs
• Use automated tools to scrape, bulk-download, or systematically access kit content

Intellectual Property

All 3D model designs, assembly instructions, renders, and other content on 3DKitFactory are the intellectual property of 3DKitFactory or its content creators. Purchasing a kit grants you a license to use the files — it does not transfer ownership of the designs.

Community Forum

3DKitFactory provides a community forum for users. When using the forum, you agree to:

• Be respectful and constructive in discussions
• Not post spam, malicious links, or inappropriate content
• Not share copyrighted kit files or encourage piracy

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to exploit the service. You may delete your own account at any time from your account settings.

Availability and Changes

We strive to keep 3DKitFactory available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time. Kit availability and pricing may change without prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

3DKitFactory is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to failed prints, lost data, or service interruptions. Your use of downloaded files and 3D printing is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
